Tim received a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University and has worked in substance abuse and mental health systems for 40 years. After locating to Eugene in 1984 he worked at Lane County Council on Alcoholism before being hired at Lane County Mental Health where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the C.O.D program (Co-occurring Disorders) with Lane County Circuit Court also serving on the ACCBO Board (Addiction Counselor Certification Board of Oregon) and DUII Victims Impact Panel. He has worked part-time at PeaceHealth as a crisis worker for 20 years. He currently serves as Secretary on the Serenity Lane Board of Directors. He enjoys being with family and pets, lots of friends, music, sailing, and a recovery program based on spirituality.
